Krishna R. MalhotraKrishna's work has ranged from heavy litigation and arbitration to extensive experience in advising clients on cross-border transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions to franchises and joint ventures and real estate investments. His practice has been focused on providing representation to clients from all over the world entering India and the United States. His work in litigation and arbitration has resulted in major verdicts and awards in favor of his clients. In the past few years, he has has served as private arbitrator and mediator and also served on the Los Angeles Superior Court panel and the Indian Council for Arbitratiion's international commercial arbitrators. Krishna received his law degree from Cambridge University, England and obtained his Master Degree in international Commercial law from the University of California at Berkley. He is licensed as a lawyer in California, India and England, and is a member of the California Bar Association, Middle Temple Inn in England, Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Krishna is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, and also speaks Spanish.
